The AI coaching engine at the center of the product. The athlete records a single swing or pitch on a regular phone, and Coach Winston returns a breakdown of the analysis plus drills tailored to their specific mechanics: personalized coaching, on demand.
3D Motion Capture from 2D Video
The app reconstructs full-body motion from an ordinary 2D phone video, no wearables, sensor suits, or multi-camera lab setups. The hardware every athlete already carries becomes the capture device.
AI Analysis Engine
A model trained on pro-level mechanics quantifies the movement and identifies what’s driving performance, or what’s holding it back. That pro reference standard is what lets an athlete’s swing be measured against elite biomechanics, not a coach’s subjective feel.
